General Construction
Our construction approach incorporates (1) detailed baseline planning, (2) execution in alignment with applicable plans, (3) on-site monitoring, control and decision-making and (4) clearly defined communication protocols are implemented throughout the lifecycle of the project. Field documentation is developed and maintained. Site activities are directed by HCR's Superintendent, who is responsible for execution of construction activities in accordance with approved documents. Schedule performance is continuously monitored and updated. Schedules are managed and updated throughout the project execution in order to recognize problem areas and take corrective actions before the overall schedule and cost to the project becomes significant.
During the construction phase, HCR recognizes the importance of designers and constructors working as a team. Engineering, permitting, as-built documentation support is provided in order to provide that last deliverable, the as-built drawings as quickly and as complete as possible. Construction activities are performed in strict accordance with the designs and approved work plans, and site activities as directed by HCR's Superintendent, who is responsible for execution of construction activities.
