Interior Renovation of Building NC/ND Atrium.
Demolition of existing lobby area and construction of new lobby area with vending station.
Project included cast in-place concrete, interior construction and finishes, decorative metals, HVAC, electrical and lighting systems upgrades, new plumbing and modifications to the existing fire alarm system.
Interior Renovation of a 10,000 sf Recreation Center.
Demolition of existing office areas and construction of three (3) aerobics classrooms and supporting office and storage areas.
Project included cast-in-place concrete, masonry walls, structural steel, interior construction and finishes, aluminum storefronts, athletic flooring, operable panel partitions, decorative canopies, HVAC, electrical and lighting systems upgrades, new plumbing, and modifications to the existing fire alarm.
Renovation of the Urban Life Auditorium.
Project included auditorium chairs and carpet removal; removal of the existing projection screen and frame; furnish and install new carpet and accessories; paint walls, parapet wall, columns, rails and doors. All work was performed during the summer vacation months to limit class disturbance.
