HCR Construction, Inc.​

HCR Construction, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Mr. J. Hugo Rios, RA, LEED®AP. Mr. Rios has over 35 years of experience in design/build, new construction, renovation, architectural design and contract administration.

 

HCR expanded its capabilities in 2004 by hiring Mr. Camilo Duran, president of DV&D Inc., a general contracting firm with 20 years of experience serving primarily the Hispanic community in the metro Atlanta area.

 

HCR further expanded its capabilities in 2008 by hiring Mr. Bill Bersson, PE, LEED®AP, DBIA, an experienced program manager and government services leader. Under his leadership, HCR was able to expand its geographical area to serve federal clients from Pennsylvania to Texas.  Due to this growth, HCR established satellite offices in Texas, South Carolina and Maryland.
