HCR's Senior Management are LEED AP certified with the experience and understanding of the requirements necessary to design and construct a LEED certified project. Upon establishing a project that is required to meet LEED certification implementation plan is developed and submitted within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed. HCR understands the requirements and the documentation prepared to document compliance for each LEED credit identified. At the completion of the construction phase, LEED certification requires a submittal to the USGBC of the documentation gathered. The USGBC will review and make final determination on the LEED certification attained.
